RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with any item your ordered, please reach out to sales@gutswear.com within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns made within 30 day on non-clearance items are entitled to a full refund. We will credit your account, less any shipping charges. Please include a copy of your receipt with your returned item in original packaging. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to our warehouse.

If you received an item that is damaged, please contact sales@gutswear.com  for instructions within 3 business days of receiving the damaged merchandise. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with us using the Contact Us page on our website, or via email at sales@gutswear.com.

If you would like to return/exchange an item purchased at an event, you must have the original receipt of sale. Please contact sales@gutswear.com for further assistance with an exchange or return of an item purchased from our trailer.

Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent.  All items being returned for exchange/refund must reach us in re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.  Items returned in less than new condition may be subject to a restocking fee if the return is accepted.  ie. Items received with pet hair and/or dander will not be accepted.

ALL APPAREL MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
